The problem we keep seeing

Most founders aren't rejected for their idea. They're rejected for not being ready.

An investor gives you a few minutes, and in those minutes they're looking for proof: that customers have the problem, that the model works, that you know your burn and runway, and that your documents survive diligence. Most early founders fail that test not because the idea is weak, but because nobody showed them what "ready" looks like.

Who we are

RaiseMoney, a startup incubation and fundraising-readiness ecosystem

We help founders build stronger businesses, become better prepared for fundraising and access relevant mentors, markets and investor opportunities through one structured ecosystem. RaiseMoney is a Payomatix Technologies company.

The real cost of pitching unprepared

You burn your best leads

Investors rarely give a second first impression. A "not yet" often becomes a "no".

You lose months

Rewriting decks between meetings, chasing the wrong investors, rebuilding models under pressure.

You give away more

Weak numbers and loose documents weaken your position on valuation and terms.

"Don't just look for funding. Build a startup that is ready for it."
Hand-picked, not first-come

How we choose the 100 founders.

The program is free, so seats go to founders who will use them. Register in five minutes, complete a detailed form if you move forward, and have a short discovery call. The final cohort is capped at 100 startups.

What we look for

Actively building

Idea, MVP or early-revenue founder with a clearly articulated problem.

Customer-curious

Ready to talk to real customers from Week 1, not just build in a room.

About 3.5 hours a week

A 90-minute live session plus around 2 hours of weekly work.

Coachable

Open to changing assumptions when the evidence says so.

Right for you if

  • You're serious about building a fundable company, not a side project
  • You want structure, frameworks and a weekly rhythm of execution
  • You can give a 90-minute session and about 2 hours of work each week
  • You'd rather raise once, prepared, than pitch ten times unprepared

Probably not for you if

  • You're looking for someone to build your product for you
  • You want a funding "guarantee" rather than real readiness
  • You only want investor introductions, not customer contact
  • You can't set aside time each week to execute

Idea, MVP or early revenue? The same twelve sessions work at every early stage. Every framework is applied to your own startup, so an idea-stage founder and an early-revenue founder each leave with work that fits where they are.

Week 1 diagnostic

You can't fix what you haven't measured.

Week 1 starts with a self-diagnostic: you score your startup across 14 readiness dimensions. You re-score yourself at Weeks 4, 8 and 12, so you can see exactly how far you've moved.

Founder Readiness Score

Fall in love with the problem, not the solution.

The journey

Three phases. One direction.

Validation comes first, customer conversations start in Week 1, and the pitch and documents are built, not crammed. Self-assessment checkpoints at Weeks 4, 8 and 12 keep you on track.

C3 Week 12 checkpoint
Weeks 1 to 4

Foundation & Validation

Prove the problem is real and worth solving.

Problem, customer, market, MVP and a pilot plan.

Weeks 5 to 8

Traction & Growth

Prove there is demand and a path to revenue.

First customers, growth experiments, unit economics and early sales.

Weeks 9 to 12

Fundraising Readiness

Become investable and pitch with evidence.

Deck, pitch practice, document checklist, elevator pitch and your 90-day plan.

C1

Week 4 checkpoint

Re-score validation, model and product. Set your Phase 2 priorities.

C2

Week 8 checkpoint

Re-score traction, marketing and finance. Spot the gaps before fundraising.

C3

Week 12 checkpoint

Final readiness score, your pitch, your documents and your next 90 days.

Twelve sessions. Three checkpoints. No drifting.

At each checkpoint you re-score your readiness, check your evidence and reset your top three priorities.

Phase 1 · Weeks 1 to 4 · Foundation & Validation

Prove the problem is real and worth solving.

Week01

Founder Readiness & Problem Definition

Before a founder can raise, they have to be honest about what they're solving, and for whom.

  • Why most founders struggle to raise
  • Idea vs. investable startup
  • The problem statement formula
  • Ranking your riskiest assumptions
  • Customer conversations that find truth
You leave with

Problem statement, baseline readiness scorecard and notes from 5+ customer conversations

The one thing Fall in love with the problem, not the solution.

Week02

Customer, Market & Product-Market Fit

A problem without a specific customer and a credible market is a hobby, not a company.

  • The Ideal Customer Profile
  • User vs. buyer
  • Bottom-up TAM / SAM / SOM
  • What product-market fit looks like
  • Turning 10+ conversations into truth
You leave with

Ideal Customer Profile, bottom-up market size and a confirmed vs. unconfirmed validation summary

The one thing Market size is a story you can defend, built from the bottom up.

Week03

MVP Scoping & Prototyping

The MVP's job is to answer a question, not to impress anyone.

  • What an MVP is, and isn't
  • Ruthless feature prioritisation
  • No-code, low-code or custom
  • Choosing one validation metric
  • The 30-day product plan
You leave with

MVP feature list, 30-day product plan and one validation metric with a success threshold

The one thing If it doesn't test an assumption, it's not an MVP. It's just early building.

Week04

Pilot Planning: How to Run a Pilot

A good pilot is a small, honest test with a clear definition of success.

  • Choosing the right pilot customers
  • Scope, duration and success metrics
  • Setting up feedback loops
  • Free vs. paid pilots
  • Turning a pilot into a contract
You leave with

A pilot plan: target customers, scope, timeline, success metric and feedback loop

The one thing Decide what success looks like before the pilot starts, not after.

Phase 2 · Weeks 5 to 8 · Traction & Growth

Prove there's demand and a path to revenue.

Week05

Go-To-Market Strategy

Your first hundred customers won't come from a marketing budget.

  • Marketing vs. go-to-market
  • Founder-led sales and the first 100 customers
  • Choosing two to three channels
  • Message and first offer
  • The 30-day GTM sprint
You leave with

First customer-acquisition plan and a live 30-day GTM sprint with weekly targets

The one thing Do things that don't scale. One human at a time beats any automated funnel.

Week06

Market Access, Partnerships & Growth Sprints

Traction that repeats is worth more than traction that happened once by luck.

  • The growth-experiment loop
  • Growth tactics worth testing
  • Partnerships and B2B introductions
  • Using the RaiseMoney ecosystem
  • Reading acquisition metrics
You leave with

Two completed growth experiments with results and three partnership conversations initiated

The one thing Run experiments, not activities. Start with a hypothesis, end with a decision.

Week07

Business Model, Unit Economics & Financials

Investors don't fund spreadsheets. They fund founders who understand their own numbers.

  • How startups make money
  • Unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback
  • Burn and runway
  • Basic 12 to 18 month projections
  • The milestone-based funding ask
You leave with

Simple financial model, unit-economics summary, monthly burn and runway, and a milestone-based ask

The one thing Ask for what reaches your next milestone, not a number that sounds impressive.

Week08

Pilot Review, Sales & Early Traction

Pilots prove interest. Paying customers prove demand.

  • Reviewing your pilot results
  • Turning pilot users into paying customers
  • Early sales conversations and objections
  • Presenting traction honestly
  • Your mid-program benchmark
You leave with

A pilot review, a simple sales pipeline and a one-page traction summary

The one thing Traction you can show beats any projection you can promise.

Phase 3 · Weeks 9 to 12 · Fundraising Readiness

Become investable and pitch with evidence.

Week09

Pitch Deck & Business Plan

Your pitch is where everything you've built meets an investor's attention span.

  • The 12-slide investor deck
  • The 2-minute pitch and the ask
  • Story with data, not adjectives
  • Deck mistakes that lose investors early
  • Business plan executive summary
You leave with

First-draft deck on the RaiseMoney template, 2-minute pitch script and executive summary

The one thing A stronger pitch begins with stronger business clarity.

Week10

Pitch Practice & Investor Q&A

That confidence can't be faked. It can only be built.

  • Confident, concise delivery
  • Hard questions: market, moat, margins, team, risk
  • Turning objections into strengths
  • Reading the room
  • Peer mock-panel practice
You leave with

Rehearsed pitch, peer feedback sheet and deck v2

The one thing Investor readiness means explaining the business beyond the slides.

Week11

Investor Document Checklist

When an investor gets interested, they ask for documents. Organised founders move faster.

  • What documents investors ask for
  • Corporate and cap-table documents
  • Financial and legal records
  • IP, contracts and compliance
  • What to share, and when
You leave with

A completed investor document checklist, with what you have, what is missing and who owns it

The one thing Investors fund claims they can verify.

Week12

Elevator Pitch & 90-Day Roadmap

This is where 12 weeks of work pays off.

  • The 30-second elevator pitch
  • The 2 to 3 minute founder story
  • Delivering your final pitch to the cohort
  • Following up within 48 hours
  • Your 90-day execution roadmap
You leave with

A sharp 30-second elevator pitch, a 2 to 3 minute story, your complete Readiness Package and a 90-day plan

The one thing Fundraising does not end when the pitch ends.

Inside every week

One session. One action. Every week.

Twelve live group sessions of 90 minutes each, one per week. Around each session you get resources to prepare and about two hours of practical work to apply it to your own startup.

Check every investor and market claim before using it externally.

A partnership, not a service

We bring the sessions, frameworks, templates, case studies and AI workflows. You bring execution, honest information, customer research and ownership of your decisions. You build and own your startup, which is exactly what investors want to see.

Founder FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. No program fee and no equity. Seats are limited because we select founders, not because we sell places.

How much time does it take?

One 90-minute live session a week, plus resources and about 2 hours for worksheets, exercises, case studies and assignments.

What do I leave with?

An investor-ready deck, an elevator pitch, a financial model, a document checklist, a funding ask and a 90-day plan. Everything you build is yours to keep.

I've registered. What happens next?

We review every registration. If you move forward, you'll complete the detailed form on our portal, followed by a 10 to 15 minute discovery call.

I'm only at the idea stage. Is it too early?

No. Idea-stage founders often gain the most. Every framework is applied to your own startup, wherever it is today.

Will this get me funded?

No one can honestly promise that. We help you build a startup that's ready for investor conversations; investors make their own decisions.

RaiseMoney is a Payomatix Technologies company. Selection is at RaiseMoney's discretion. The program does not guarantee funding, investor meetings, investment or valuation. Projections are estimates; legal content is educational and does not replace professional advice.
